Terms of the Club

Joining the Club

• Every dog completes a $30 trial day before booking regular daycare, boarding or adventures.
• C5 vaccinations must be current, with a copy of the certificate sent to us before the first visit.
• Flea and worm treatment must be current.
• Desexing is not required. You must tell us in advance if your dog is not desexed so we can manage their care and interactions appropriately. Females in season cannot attend.
• You must tell us about any behavioural history, including any bite history, before the first visit.

Bookings and payment

• A $20 non-refundable booking fee secures your dog's spot and comes off your first day.
• The balance is settled on the day, by bank transfer or card. Regular clients may settle weekly by arrangement.
• All bookings are subject to availability. Spots are limited because groups are kept small.
• Prices shown on this website are current at the time of publishing and may change. The price quoted to you at the time of booking is the price you pay.

Cancellations and late collection

Let us know as early as you can if plans change, so the spot can go to another dog. The booking fee is non-refundable. If your dog is not collected by the end of the pick-up window and we have not heard from you, the day may be charged as an overnight stay so your dog is properly cared for.

Health, safety and care

• Dogs are supervised in small groups matched on size, age and play style, and are separated calmly and early if anyone needs a break.
• Rough play, minor scratches and the occasional scuffed pad can happen wherever dogs play together. We tell you about anything we notice.
• If your dog needs veterinary attention and we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, we will seek treatment on your behalf. Veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility.
• Medication is administered on request when supplied in its original packaging with written instructions.
• We may decline or end a booking if a dog is consistently unsafe or unhappy in a group. We will always tell you why and talk through the alternatives.

Adventure Tuesdays

Adventures run on Tuesdays at $75 for the day, inclusive of the adventure. They depend on the weather, the tide and who is in the group that day. If an outing cannot run safely, the day becomes an enrichment day at the Club instead, at the same rate. Off-lead time is earned rather than assumed, and starts on a long line.

Belongings

Beds, bowls, water and treats are provided. You are welcome to send your dog's own bed, crate or food. Please leave favourite toys at home so there is nothing to guard. We take good care of anything you send, but we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Photos

We photograph dogs through the day and may share those photos on our Instagram and website. Tell us if you would rather your dog was not shared publicly, and we will keep their photos private. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Referral credit

Referral credit of $20 applies to both parties once the qualifying referral requirements are met, which is the referred dog completing their first booking. Credit applies to future bookings, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used against the non-refundable booking fee.
