What the trial includes

Three hours, and no guessing afterwards.

A trial day is not a sales visit. It is how we find out whether group care genuinely suits your dog, and how you find out whether you like us.

  • A slow, structured introduction to the other dogs
  • Fresh water, shade and rest time throughout
  • Photo updates while they are with us
  • An honest write-up of how your dog settled
  • Premium treats, because first days deserve them
Reward credits cannot be redeemed towards the $30 First Trial Day. If a friend referred you, your $30 trial day is still paid in full. Both your credits land on the bookings that follow it.

Tell us about your dog

Breed, age, energy, quirks and anything we should watch for. The more you tell us, the better their first day goes.

Choose your preferred date

We confirm availability by phone or message, usually the same day, and lock in a morning that suits you.

Complete their trial

Three relaxed hours with the pack while we watch how they settle, play and rest.

Welcome to the Club

If it is a good fit, you can book daycare, adventures or boarding from that day on.

Step one

Tell us about your best mate.

The more you tell us, the better their first day goes. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is charged until we confirm a date with you.

Desexing isn't required to join. We just need the heads-up either way so our team can group and supervise your dog in the way that gives everyone the best day.

Be as honest as you can. Nothing here rules a dog out on its own, it just tells us how to introduce them.
